Excellent location and spotlessly clean. Comfy beds! The staff were extra friendly and the breakfast is a wonderful selection. Given the location on the main square it can be noisy although the apartment has double glazing but we had ear plugs with us so no issue. Mini bar in the room and honesty bar in reception was a nice touch. Felt very safe and secure with safe in room.

This place is well maintained & has been beautifully refurbished, it has a traditional feel, is comfortable, lovely big rooms, balcony, mini bar. The staff are very welcoming nothing is too much trouble. It’s family run & this shows. Great breakfast, available in breakfast room, on the breakfast terrace or delivered to your room. Central location, perfect for exploring Sorrento, a short walk to most places. Taxi rank outside the property, Marina Piccola for ferries to Capri, Positano etc is close by. Great value restaurant/bar Fauno next door, ideal place for people watching in Palazza Tasso. Definately recommend, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else now I’ve discovered Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais & we’ve stayed in 5 star hotels here before. This is great value, great location. We will be back. Thank you.

The location was absolutely perfect, and central to many points of interest and tour pick up locations. The room was nicely decorated, with a great view of the piazza. The breakfast was quite good, with a vast selection of pastries. The team also arranged for our transfer from Naples airport to Sorrento, which worked out perfectly. If we ever find ourselves in Sorrento again, we will absolutely be staying there again!

From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with open arms and truly felt like family. The rooms were so cute, the location was perfect and the staff was beyond all expectations Lisa and Maria gave us all the help and suggestions we needed for great restaurants, places to shop and anything else you could think of. Breakfast was delicious and a fun way to start the day with fresh fruit, pastries and hot food as well. Just can't say enough about how happy we were to spend our 5 days there !!!!

The location cannot be beat. In the center of Sorrento is a beautifully maintained, nicely decorated and comfortable hotel with spacious room and a wonderful, accommodating staff. Lisa made a reservation for us at a terrific restaurant where we seemingly were given VIP treatment. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our trip one night and they moved mountains to keep us in the same room. The bustling nightlife on the street below was loud but the windows are well insulated and it was not enough to disturb our sleep. Air conditioning is a plus!

We stayed at the hotel for our 10 year wedding anniversary, and I'd say a measure of how much you liked a place is would you go there again, and we 100% would. The location was awesome, as you're in the hub of the town with everything from shops to restaurants on your doorstep. The staff are excellent and very helpful, and breakfast on the terrace was great and something we looked forward to each day. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

Wonderful included breakfast spread in beautiful indoor/outdoor space. Upgraded us to a front room with a large windo/door onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the lovely Tasso plaza., but still pretty quiet room. Shower was great, Room cheerfully decorated in yellow and white, pretty spacious and well laid out. Lovely renovation of a big old bldg.

Concierge front desk arranged many excursions for us without much notice. The cars and drivers exceeded our comfort, safety and information expectations. The breakfast staff went above our service expectations for us by offering to make us coffee and breakfast before posted hours when we had early morning excursions.

Lovely hotel on the square - very central and within walking distance to attractions in Sorrento. We had a room with a terrace overlooking the square. The square gets very busy and noisy, but it is not a problem, unless there is entertainment (a singer or a band) at the restaurant opposite the hotel. Wonderful staff - always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast - simple, but with lovely cakes - to be enjoyed on the terrace.
