Concierge front desk arranged many excursions for us without much notice. The cars and drivers exceeded our comfort, safety and information expectations. The breakfast staff went above our service expectations for us by offering to make us coffee and breakfast before posted hours when we had early morning excursions.

Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais Was in a great location in the centre of Sorrento within walking distance to everything . The room was very comfortable and clean and when we booked the classic room the hotel contacted us to ask if we would like to upgrade which we declined. This classic room is a little noisy due to it being close to kitchen and reception, if you are light sleepers I recommend upgrading. The breakfast is freshly cooked and very delicious and service is excellent. The hotel also assisted us with day trips and transfers.

Lovely hotel. My room was significantly better than the photos. I had a corner suite with large balcony on one side and Juliette balcony on another. Bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and a variety of pillows to choose from. Living room was well-equipted with couches, table minibar, coffee etc. The bathroom was actually a highlight! A bathtub! Bathrobes, slippers, rain shower etc. I really enjoyed getting ready for a wedding in that bathroom hahaha. The location here is perfect, right in the main square which can be loud if there's a celebration or you like sleeping with the windows open but Sorrento is a place for holidays so maybe just go downstairs and enjoy the fun! Breakfast was another highlight. Delicious Italian cakes and pastries plus staples like yogurt, cereal, granola, breads, fruit, juice plus eggs offered in a variety of ways. I think I saw bacon or ham as well. Coffee available anyway you'd like and lovely, friendly ladies working in the kitchen. A perfect hotel experience.

Great location right in the main square. Despite this there wasn't any noise at night when the windows were closed. The room and bathroom were really big with all the facilities you could need (guest robes, slippers, minibar, tea & coffee making facilities, toiletries and safe). The breakfast spread was amazing, for a small hotel it was really varied and they served a fabulous home made pavlova (we were on holiday!). You could eat in or out on the terrace. It was about 6 minutes walk to the ferry port (down a steep hill although there is a public lift) and a 5 minute flat walk to the train and bus stations (which are next to each other).

The room was lovely, quite large. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect.

Customer service, cleanliness and unique decor of this chic B&B, workers at breakfast were always nice and smiled. Actually, everyone was great. Location doesn't get better than this. It was here or another B&B that was up in the hills, a 14 min. free shuttle ride away. I'm glad I stayed with Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais. The Jannuzzi family have a cool store at the ground level filled with ceramics, other art, chess sets, furniture, and other gifts/home goods. Once I live in a larger place, I'll be shopping here for sure!

Palazzo Relais Jannuzzi is right in front of Piazza Tasso; a great place to people-watch. I loved the terrace! Their breakfast was excellent, too: eggs, hot/cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, pastries, pancakes that were very light and almost melted in the mouth, fruit juices, cereals, yogurt, coffee or cappuccino with or without cocoa. The staff was great, too.
